Even more stuff is buried behind the MyFaction paywall.I usually play these games for the campaign mode and the Showcase. I didn't have time to try the campaign, but the Bloodline Showcase is just nothing but revisionist history, and pretending a bunch of fat jobbers were really legends. They didn't have enough matches to fill out the Showcase, so a good portion of them are "Rewrite History" matches where you play as the fat jobbers and win this time, or just dream matches that never happened. I got stuck on a Women's MITB match where you have to win as Tamina, who has the worst stats out of everyone in the match. I just got frustrated and quit.

The new one will be out in a handful of months though so if you'd rather just hold off and put that $20 towards that then that's obviously another way to go as well

Once you nail down when to press the reversal button it’s difficult to lose. 2K19 at least had limited reversals which made matches more tactical or tense. Wrestlers not dying after two finishers made even matches like Randy Orton vs Zack Ryder memorable.
