>people still think this was a shoot
>>19464984based vince tearing both quads to work the marks
>>19464984>StillPeople think this was a shoot? It's the most obvious work ever between the coordination of the spot itself, the refs each holding a guy's arm up, and both of them throwing each other out again afterwards
>>19464984The fact that instant replay isn't used is extra retarded. Refs could easily look at a replay monitor to see interference, foul play, feet touching 1st like OP, etc. With TKO involved now, it may add the real sports feel thry are looking for. It could make for more creative run in opportunities instead of the same old crap. They could even use excuses sometimes saying "the replay monitor has a technical issue" or something else to get around interference too.
>>19465028>The fact that instant replay isn't used is extra retarded. It's not. It's wrestling. If instant replay was a thing no heel could ever get away with anything ever again and there goes the entire premise of wrestling. They're tried it in isolated instances and it was retarded
>>19465028>refmatch
>>19465028>introduce more opportunities for wrefslingIt's bad enough in the other refball sports
>>19464984Batista and John weren't good enough wrestlers to have executed it so perfectly. Had to be a shoot.
>>19464984>Bret and Lex' spot was a work...>SO THIS SPOT MUST BE A WORK TOO!!!
>>19464984Qrd?
>>19467716The royale rumble where Batista and Cena fell out the ring at the same time as the last two competitors. Refs declare that they can’t determine whose feet touched first, Vince rushes down to the ring, unironically tears his quads trying to get in, then has them restart.
>>19467896Lmfao thanks sounds based
>>19464984Cena won this match since his foot bounced over batista's head first before touching the floor.
>>19465028there's a reason that even in real sports it's avoided
>>19467896>people still think Vince tearing his quads was a shoot
>>19464984It was a shoot. You know it was a shoot because Batista hit first but they declared it a draw and restarted. If it was a work, they would have timed it like Bret and Lex or Hogan and Ordorff to sell it. Batista lost his balance, shit happens.
Work or shoot, watching it is incredible because of how they both hit the floor at the exact same time. Its one of those rare moments, especially on a major show, where you just cannot tell what the actual result was supposed to be because of how perfectly they land at the same time.
>>19465028Instant replay is blasphemous and would create more loopholes than it fixes in wrestling
