Gunther winning was the correct choice but he was gassed 10 minutes in and fucked up Cenas come back and didnt get into position quick enough for one of the FUs causing it to look really awkward when he ran into an already crouching and reaching out cena. Also the ending was just not executed well, i get the idea but it was just not "hitting" as the 40 year olds that use young slang that is no longer young say.
