The spot should have been Cena raises his arm the third time and lets it drop. Gunther catches it and lets him go. Cena gets some breath back. Gunther shakes his head and tells him he will make Cena submit before retiring. Then Gunther is back on him, never letting Cena pass out or escape until he finally taps out, knowing its all over.
