Giving AEW a fair shot after last night's shitshow. This was a solid match, these guys are good. No real story but I didn't need one to enjoy it.However, here's what bothered me: The short guy is dressed up like that video game with the cards, and the tall guy is dressed in hot pink booty trunks and kneehigh boots. You can have one New Day on your roster, but half of your roster can't just be the New Day. Come on.

>>19487811bailey has objectively been getting more and more over ever since he became ALL ELITE. it frankly doesn't matter if you don't like his video game gear. it clearly either endears him more to the audience, by sharing a hobby with them, or they don't get it and are indifferent. it's obviously not holding him back, just like kenny using video game stuff in his gear and entrances. likewise, kyle has become a big star. pink is a signature color for him and sets him apart from everyone else. he's used a ton of different gear already in his career, yet the pink is what sticks out in everyone's mind. non-issue.
