Rewatch that and tell me that old man Cole and numbnuts catchphrase merchant is better than Testo-Tessi in his rookie years.and beyond the point even if you don't like him, which is allowed - even I think Tessi has a weird droning on mode where he just reads announcements like he's narrating a book for the elderly, but at least he can get excited, and be focused what's going on in the match. On a broader spectrum of what stinks in WWE, he can't hold a candle in the depths that is TKO-Endeavor fleecing the audience for more and more money to make that investment back in record time. Literally strangling the golden goose to push out more eggs faster than it can and killing the insanely hot product that it was.

They weren't always that way, there was definitely a sweet spot where Pat's enthusiasm reignited Cole's in a positive manner but at some point they basically stopped trying to put anyone over and spent the whole time trying to pop each other. Cole's gotten a little better again without him but still pretty bad.

Cole besides few cringe worthy moments has kept a good base level lately . He doesn't straight up try to bury people during the matches like he did with Pat for example. Positive changes.
