It was a dumb as fuck shortsighted decision, and Cody is a retard for thinking of it but Tony as a booker even more of an idiot for agreeing. Because now you have one of your top stars of the promotion, except he can't be in the main event scene with all the other main event guys because they all compete for the world title.
