They need to get the shit beat out of them and lose to show that they're actually just regular members of the roster and not just the 'please be sad about Bray' 15 minutes of the show before they can actually do anything. >>19521654>>19521664I think it should've been a Bo vs Rowan story that ran through to a major PLE payoff. Rowan doesn't have family left and views Bo as taking advantage of Bray's legacy. Bo wants to show respect and brings real-life moments/stories about Bray into the story. That's how you do a tribute angle. You show the world more of the real man behind the character (Bo's role) and you play it against the character itself (Rowan's role).
