Kyle Fletcher got a clue, added more mass, sought veteran advice on how to improve(cut down on the Ospreayisms). Marina Shafir under the tutelage of Mox has shown demonstrable improvements character-wise. If Garcia was serious about improving he would've already. They've given this guy multiple chances.
