>>19571730WWE PPVs were overall ok this year.NXT mogged the fucking shit out the main roster, HBK really can do no wrong.a lot of the main roster PPVs were mid. elimination chamber is rated the highest there but that's a total lie, that show is massively massively massively overrated. all the important big 5 events were bad.evolution was by far the best event. my non-womens only main roster WWE event of the year was crown jewel. NXT event of the year was vengeance day.i started watching trying to watch AEW PPVs this year. didn't catch all of them but i thought the ones i did see (worlds end, some of all in, some of all out) were good. i even went to full gear because tickets were stupid cheap.
>>195731734 poorly received matches.women's match was bad. dom/cena rematch was bad. vaq/nikki - this is the one they've rated the lowest but i thought it was alright actually, the best match of an otherwise bad card. men's match was bad.specifically a lot of people thought the war games matches just felt pointless. nothing came from them, they weren't good matches in and of themselves, repetitive because teams were too similar to the last few years, poorly built lead ups, the women's heels needed to win but jobbed, they got rid of the shark cage gimmick, yeet break in the middle of the men's match, no crazy spots besides iyo doing the garbage can thing again and bron almost getting kwabbed.
