Historically all Japan and Noah. But I haven’t watched either in almost a decade. If you want to watch good matches just watch anything from the mid 2000s to 2010. Even big Japan was putting on top to bottom solid shows. I think pretty much every promotion failed at finding a new generation of talent so now you just have guys who should have retired by now and younger talent that’s just not getting it. It’s also possible I’ve watched too much 80s wrestling and just have impossible standards and wouldn’t even like the 2000s wrestling I’m recommending anymore.
