>>19601771I never really gave too much attention to him until his hangman feud and people started to pretend he was a main eventer. His social media antics are pathetic, he’s not that good in the ring, his promos are terrible and his title run was just as bad as hangman’s was(I find it odd how Peepfag doesn’t seethe over how bad swerves run was).
He’s one of three wrestlers to get over naturally with the aew fanbase without much of an obvious push. So he has something. Personally i require some real basic stuff from wrestlers that are pretty rare these days and even rarer in aew. So he’s not for me but he works for that audience.

He for sure came into his own while champion and is actually one of the few 'stars' AEW has made who wasn't just a case of 'this person is popular and famous here so let's bring them in and just do more of that.'
