I saw that clip of him humbling some small guy on some outlaw show and he did seem charismatic there. Maybe Vince saw that one too, it doesnt take much for him to hire a big black guy. From what I remember Lee did well in that survivor series match too and the crowd was into him, but in the end his charisma didnt translate to the big stages.
