He bullied teddy surring his wcw days and tried to run him out if the territory by being racist. Essentially he got mad that teddy long was being made a manager for doomfor no good reason and gave him shit because of it. Teddy couldn't understand why Flair was angry. Wasn't just flair either he said there was a hand full of guys who tried to run him off apparently. It's a story that's been out since 2005 but not amny people know about it.
