wanna know what i see when i look at this new crop of wrestlers?I see a bunch of talented motherfuckers that can do it, but i also see a bunch of rich kids living off of daddy's money and don't understand how hard shit used to be.they're just making millions of dollars living their best life and don't understand the art form of wrestling, they don't get what wrestling is.i just see a bunch of spoiled kids who don't, and never will understand the sacrifices that a Diamond Dallas Page, Lex Luger, Madusa, Sting, Dusty Rhodes, Hulk Hogan, Stone Cold, The Rock, Triple H, Undertaker, Edge, Sable, Marc Mero, Vader and all these other old guys made in order for the new crop to even be in a position to make millions, and these new guys seem very ungrateful to even be in the position they're in.just a bunch of spoiled rich kids playing in the wrong field of profession.
that still rings true, even in today's wrestling where most of them don't even wanna take their craft serious, nor care about the art form.
>>19666986>Using DDP and Triple H as an example of old school, grit and no nepotismlol lmao even how new r u pal
>>19667307even then, DDP and Triple H weren't making that much money at the beginning. They still had to work for their money, and thus they count as having made sacrifices to make it possible for the new crop of modern wrestlers to make millions.
even Madusa and Sable made sacrifices just to make today's modern crop of women talent and even put them in a position to make more money while living their best lifestyles.
>>19666986Wrestling has always had nepotism desu, The Rock (who you’ve mentioned) is a third generation wrestler, but I mostly agree with everything you’ve said. It’s an industry that’s nowhere and nothing in 2026
>>19668814even if you think wrestling always had nepotism, the older guys still made very little money. Back then, the most they made was a 100 grand or more, but not millions of dollars.
