>>19668770Well CZW also operates an entire wrestling school as part of the promotion. In fact, there were a few other incarnations of their wrestling school including one with Chikara co-owning it. JCW on the other hand usually scouts from local indie promotions that they end up encountering. Most are usually the normal type but they've started saving the deathmatch stuff for rare occasions.
