Bottom one is the best belt we've had since forever, possibly the best of all time and that's a shoot. Black and gold is the most kino of color combinations and a lot of gold is always better. They could make the gold a bit darker but it is what it is.

Look at how much larger and clunkier it is compared to the undisputed belt next to it, since it was created to house the spinning faceplate, it always looked so awkward on everyone. And apparently it was a pain to carry around because it was so heavy and blocky that half the champ's suitcase is taken up just by this damn belt.
