I genuinely think he would work best if he got to decide about 50% of things and then someone else was there to decide the rest. It didn't work with Vince because he called all the shots and Mox clearly was right about certain things, but also if you give him completely free reign like Tonykwaboty has done, it also doesn't work.

I think his early AEW gimmick of being the weird hardcore match guy who gets underestimated by types like Omega and Jericho which lets him outwit them was fun. His current AEW stuff though isn't for me.
