AJPW does a lot of comedy matches, six man, and tag matches and if it's a smaller low stakes show there's very little if any bumping the whole time. You only see them do the crazy stuff for their bigger matches. It means some shows can be a bit boring if it's just a smaller house show but you don't see AJPW wrestlers out with injuries as often either. I don't think NJPW needs to 100% copy that model or anything but I do think NJPW needs to let the boys work a bit more lax on low stakes shows more often to keep them fresh.
