I like Ciampa. I'll miss seeing him, but his match with Ilja was a good one to end on as far as his WWE run goes.

Can we all admit now that NXT Black & Gold was mostly a failure?
>>
>>19729022
I can only guess he turned on those guys because they embarrassed him and stalled his backstage career (had NXT taken away) by losing to AEW. It was never the talent's fault though, Hunter screwed Hunter.
>>
>>19729164
it was definitely at least a little bit of the talents fault, the main event scene was karrion kross, kyle o reilly and johnny gargano. no booker in the world could make that draw

>>19729172
The booker made them the main event. The booker didn't help make them interesting.

i just feel like i've seen everything everyone out of nxt can do, they're not gonna do anything new or interesting. the best ciampa was on main roster was when he was friends with the miz
>>
>>19729178
I mean, let's look at all the NXT Champions from the Black & Gold era and see how they went.

>Seth Rollins
Has been one of the companies stars for over a decade now.

>Big E
Retired due to breaking his neck. But was a big star before this with New Day. Won world title once.

>Bo Dallas
Was essentially a joke jobber for his entire first run on the main roster. Got released. Came back and actually given a new gimmick with the Wyatt Sick. But nothing has been done with him much since then due to injury.

>Neville
In AEW as PAC with the Death Riders

>Sami Zayn
While mostly a midcarder, he did gain some status with his association with the Bloodline. But since has gone back to being the top of the midcard. No world championship wins yet.

>Kevin Owens
Floats from being top of midcard to the main event scene from time-to-time. Has only won one world title, but got jobbed out to Goldberg for it.

>Finn Balor
Seemed to have a rocket strapped to him when he first came to the main roster. Won a world title, but got immediately injured and was out 9 months, forcing him to vacate. Came back to be jobbed out again to guys like Roman (They even had him pin the Demon). Finds his stride as being leader of the Judgement Day, but no other world title reign since.

>Samoa Joe
While he did participate in some main events, he was given midcard status. Vince didn't even want him to wrestle, made him be a commentator. Now is in AEW and has been a world title holder twice.

>Shinsuke Nakamura
Permanently stuck in the midcard. Often disappears for months at a time. Seemed like they had something going for him by him winning the Rumble, but his feud with AJ turned into them hitting each other in the balls. Seemingly asked for his release so he could go retire Tanahashi but it wasn’t given.

>Bobby Roode
Turned into midcarder. Retired due to injury and now has a backstage role

Imagine almost killing yourself because you didn't make it to the big leagues, then you actually do make it and now after a decade you decide you don't want to anymore. People are strange.
>If the rule you followed brought you to this, of what use was the rule?"
>>
>>19729223
>Drew McIntyre
Has become a part of the main event scene after his first run with WWE became a joke with 3MB. Went to TNA and ICW and became a main eventer there. But was always seemed to destined to due something in WWE. Is a current world title holder right now in WWE.

>Andrade
Lol, is midcarder on the main roster and then get released. Goes to AEW has a decent, okay run there until Triple H gets back in power and Andrade tries to get out of his contract, including by beating up Sammy Guevara. He just extends his contract longer. Goes back to WWE, gets divorced from Charlotte, supposedly no-shows events, and gets released again. Shows up in AEW even though everyone thought he burned that bridge, but is taken off because WWE claims a one year no compete clause. He had beaten it and is now back in AEW, probably as a perennial midcarder.

>Aleister Black
Again, like Andrade, was a mid carder on main roster and gets released. Goes to AEW where his runs does okay at first, and creates the House of Black, but again once Triple H gets back into power, tries to get released by refusing to do jobs to anyone who isn't ex-WWE. Has to wait to get released from his contract. Comes back, and immediately put on midcard again. His boy Brody King is doing better than him now.

>Tommaso Ciampa
Made midcarder, gets released. Comes back when Triple H is in power again. Reunited with Gargano. The tag team does shit. Has left the company to who knows where.

>Johnny Gargano
Leaves before he is called up to main roster. Everyone thinks he's going to AEW but never shows up. Comes back when Triple H is in power. Reunited with Ciampa. Has done shit since.

(2/3)
>>
>>19729235
>Made midcarder, gets released. Comes back when Triple H is in power again. Reunited with Gargano. The tag team does shit. Has left the company to who knows where.
ciampa was never released, he was on the main roster under late stage vince
>>
>>19729235
>Adam Cole
Left before he could be moved to main roster (Where Vince wanted him to shave his head and manage instead of wrestle). Goes to AEW. While he has some good moments, he has injury after injury (Super bad luck) and participates in one of AEW's most infamous storyline (The Devil). Gets another injury, forced to vacate title, and seems like he will retire.

>Keith Lee
Goes to the main roster and while he does seem like he's going to main event, he gets put in the midcard with a shit gimmick (Bearcat Keith Lee). Gets released and joins AEW. Has a decent run as a tag team with Swerve Strickland. But then falls apart soon after. Seems to have long Covid or something and has not been seen on AEW TV in over a year (While his buddy Swerve becomes of the company's main stars).

>Karrion Kross
Seems like he was molded to be Triple H's self-insert. Is a big star in NXT. Goes to main roster and given a gimp mask and is jobbed out to Jeff Hardy while still NXT Champion. Released with his wife Scarlett. Does an indie run. Comes back. Seems to try and be made into something. Near the end of his run, it seems like he's given a big storyline with Sami Zayn. Gets released, and at first fans are mad. Some even think his release is a work. But seems to have been forgotten since then and has since gone back on the indies.

(3/3)
>>
>>19729223
>>19729235
>>19729249
So out all of these, only

>Seth Rollins
>Sami Zayn
>Kevin Owens
>Finn Balor
>Drew McIntyre

became big stars in WWE.
>>
>>19729226
Thank you Vince
>>
>>19729253
The first four were Dusty's NXT and Drew is a Vince guy. Most importantly all those guys knew how to put together good matches before joining NXT.
>>
>>19729253
I would add Big E into there too. Yeah, he was never a big star himself; but the New Day were basically the mascots of WWE at their prime. And he did win the world title even though it turned out only to be a transitional reign.

Sucks he had to retire because of the neck, but dude has a job for life at WWE now.
>>
He did good in NXT but he's just not a WWE main event guy. Maybe a promotion like TNA would let him take up that role. I don't think AEW would. His association with Johnny Gargano wasn't much of help on the main roster either since Johnny isn't and has never been over there.
>>
His first heel turn in nxt gained some heat, but other than that his whole wwe run was completely bland and forgettable. Might try a career as mocap actor for the default character model in some indie video game instead.
>>
>>19729293
What is Tony Khan's problem with Johnny Gargano? He didn't sign him when he could (Remember when people were disappointed when they thought Gargano was coming out when it turned out to be John Morrison/Elite). I feel like this disdain extends to Ciampa too.
>>
>>19728967
He's done literally nothing for 90% of his time there. Same with Johnny
>>
>>19729188
Okay, let's look at the NXT Women's Champions from Black & Gold.

>Paige
Was a big star in WWE for a while, one of their main women attractions. Won AJ Lee's title on her debut match. Even got a movie based on her life produced by The Rock. Went a bit crazy after her nudes leaked and she hooked up with Alberto Del Rio. Seemed like she was almost fired from the company but came back as manager for the Kabuki Warriors. But left after that and took a hiatus. Came to AEW, won the title once, but her run was pretty subpar overall (All we got out of it was Timeless Toni Storm). Left AEW on good terms. Has said she wants to go back to WWE but nothing has happened yet.

>Charlotte Flair
Also has become a big star. One of the top card women's wrestlers, even if fans at times don't like her, she always gets by on being Ric Flair's daughter.

>Sasha Banks
Became one of WWE's biggest woman stars. Won a lot of titles. But got increasingly frustrated dealing with Vince. Walked out of the company over how her tag title reign was going. Came back in Japan. Gets injured, and then joins AEW. Her first year isn't that good, but since rebuild her gimmick and is a main girl on AEW TV.

>Bayley
Was pretty roughly treated on the main roster. The "This Is Your Life" segment with Alexa Bliss destroyed Bayley as a babyface. Had to turn heel. Does okay. Starts Damage CTRL but is betrayed, turning her face again. But since being face has kind of floundered with Lyra Valkyrie. Complains about her booking publicly and seems like she wants to join Sasha/Mercedes in AEW once her contract is up.

>Asuka
Has had some ups and downs on the main roster but is a reliable star. The crowd loves her, even if she isn't technically a top, top star like Becky or Charlotte.

(1/2)
>>
>>19729372
>Ember Moon
Never did much on the main roster and went back to NXT. Released from WWE. Goes to AEW and becomes the top women's star in Ring of Honor. Has an impressive storyline with Billie Starkz. Is now starting to show up more on actual AEW TV.

>Shayna Bazler
Given a weird biting gimmick (lol). Never does much on main roster other then being put with her actual friend Ronda Rousey, who the crowd doesn't like. Betrays Ronda, but nothing happens in the aftermath of it. Gets released, but has since come back as a backstage producer (According to a recent interview, it isn't full time, they call her in when they think they need her). Does indie shows now.

>Kairi Sane
Gets partnered with Asuka as Kabuki Warriors and has a decent tag team run. Leaves WWE because she got married to a Japanese guy. Goes back to Stardom and has an okay run. Comes back when Triple H comes back into power and joins Damage CTRL. Partners with Asuka again and they seem to continue their original, decent run as the Kabuki Warriors.

>Rhea Ripley
Doesn't have to be said, but has become one of WWE's top stars, even more popular then most men on the roster.

>Iyo Sky
Almost left because of Vince taking over but came back to join Damage CTRL (She was in NXT for quite awhile). Damage CTRL run goes well, and she even becomes a big babyface through sheer force of ability. Joins up with Rhea and has now become a top woman's star too.

>Raquel Gonzalez/Rodriguez
Is first teamed with Aaliyah on the main roster and is told by Vince to smile more. Doesn't do much. Eventually teams with Liv Morgan in her feud with Rhea Ripley. Joins Judgement Day and kind of hits her stride there, even if she's not a big centerpiece of it.

(2/2)
>>
>>19729372
>>19729374
So out of all of these:

>Charlotte
>Bayley
>Asuka
>Rhea
>IYO

Seem to have become big stars. Who knows if Paige will return, or if Bayley is leaving. Kairi has also done okay for herself being partnered with Asuka. Who knows if Sasha/Mercedes will return to WWE ever (I know she said before she would, but it seems to me she walked those comments back, and she seems pretty happy in AEW now).
>>
>>19729381
I don't see Sasha coming back until after she retired, and it's only for a Hall of Fame induction.
>>
>>19729362
Not sure man.
>>
>>19729381
forgot that becky never won the title back then, even though after thinking about it I remembered she had that whole thing about going down to modern nxt to get it done
>>
>>19729406
Yeah, she went and traded the title with Lyra Valkyrie back before Lyra went to the main roster.
>>
Fuck it, I'll do NXT Tag Team Champions really quick.

>British Ambition (Adrian Neville and Oliver Grey)
Both no longer with the company

>The Wyatt Family (Luke Harper and Erick Rowan)
One person is dead and the other came back to be a part of the Wyatt Sick.

>Adrian Neville and Corey Graves
One is gone from company and the other retired to become a commentator for the company (But claimed he got cleared for a return but nothing has happened since).

>The Ascension (Conor O'Brian/Konnor and Rick Victor/Viktor)
Both are gone from company. Were a joke on main roster.

>Lucha Dragons (Kalisto and Sin Cara)
Both are no longer with the company

>Wesley Blake and Buddy Murphy
One apparently returned to the company in a backstage role (Wesley) while the other went to AEW (Where he is currently injured for a while, at least he married Rhea Ripley).

>The Vaudevillains (Aiden English and Simon Gotch)
Both are no longer with the company

>The Revival (Dash Wilder and Scott Dawson)
Are now one of the top tag teams in AEW

>American Alpha (Chad Gable and Jason Jordan)
One had to retire due to injury, while the other has actually become a pretty decent mid carder on main roster.

>#DIY (Johnny Gargano and Tommaso Ciampa)
Reunited on the main roster but nothing much has happened since. One is about to leave the company.

>Authors of Pain (Akam and Rezar)
Both have left the company. Didn't they become scammers lol

>Sanity (Eric Young and Alexander Wolfe)
Both have left the company

>The Undisputed Era (Kyle O'Reilly and Bobby Fish/Adam Cole/Roderick Strong)
All have left and joined AEW and stayed there except for Bobby Fish

>Moustache Mountain (Tyler Bate and Trent Seven)
One actually has stayed and done an okay job on the main roster (But nowhere being a star) while the other has left the company

>War Raiders (Hanson and Rowe)
Are actually still together to this day on main roster. Have even won the tag titles. But they aren't big stars at all.

(1/2)
>>
>>19729419
>The Street Profits (Montez Ford and Angelo Dawkins)
Actually seemed like they were getting a decent tag run but have languished since they lost the titles to the Wyatts last year. Haven't done much.

>The BroserWeights (Matt Riddle and Pete Dunne)
One left the company in controversy, the other is still there but is nowhere near a star. Has become another Grande Americano. Also apparently is producing in the now WWE-owned AAA.

>Imperium (Fabian Aichner and Marcel Barthel)
One was released while the other has become the next Grande Americano and has been doing a good job with it.

>Breezango (Tyler Breeze and Fandango)
One has become a backstage producer (But returning at one point to wrestle). The other was released but returned once as a part of the NXT-TNA invasion, but has now retired too.

>Oney Lorcan and Danny Burch
Both were released. Oney might have returned as a backstage NXT coach (But says he is retired from in-ring competition). The other jobbed on AEW.

>MSK (Wes Lee and Nash Carter)
Both are in TNA now.

(2/2)

Literally only Chad Gable became a star lol. Ludwig might be able to too if he keeps the good work going with Grande Americano.
>>
>>19729419
so you're just going to copy-paste everything from the other time this was done, awesome. Let me guess, next "I'll do north American champions" then NXT UK champions?
>>
>>19729424
Yes
>>
Fuck it, North American Champions.

>Adam Cole
Left before main roster debut. Joined AEW, had a string of bad luck injuries. Probably will retire.

>Ricochet
Joined main roster but didn't do much. Only used for high intensity spots. Joins AEW, while shitting on WWE. Has revitalized career with a heel persona and has a stable and title now.

>Gargano
One of Triple H's golden boys but hasn't done much since joining main roster.

>Velveteen Dream
Got released from the company for being a sex pest.

>Roderick Strong
Joined AEW where he is a solid midcarder who puts on good matches.

>Keith Lee
Left after shitty main roster run. Joined AEW, but has run into health problems that has kept him out of action for over a year.

>Damian Priest
Has become a top heel with the Judgement Day

>Leon Ruff
Released from main roster run. Hasn't done much other then indies and jobbing on AEW Dark.

>Bronson Reed
Released and did a NJPW run. Came back and has been a solid midcarder heel. Somewhat elevated with The Vision.

>Isaiah "Swerve" Scott
Released after Vince hated Top Dolla. Became a top star and world champion in AEW.

Literally only Damian Priest out of all of these guys has become a top star in the company. Bronson is a solid midcard heel also.
>>
BUDDY MENTIONED
>>
Fuck it, NXT Heritage Cup winners from Black & Gold era (Yes, I know it started in NXT UK)

>A-Kid
Is now known as Axiom and has actually had a solid tag title run with Nathan Frazer as Fraxiom. They're on Smackdown now.

>Tyler Bate
Has become another Grande Americano with Pete Dunne

>Noam Dar
Has been with WWE for a long time, first as a Crusierweight, before going to NXT UK, to returning to NXT as part of the Meta-Four. Did okay with them on NXT. Is injured and out for awhile.

All guys are still with the company.
>>
NXT Women's Tag Team Champions, Black & Gold era

>Dakota Kai and Raquel González
One has been released after trying to be decent on the main roster (But kept getting injured). The other has finally hit a stride somewhat being a member of the Judgement Day.

>Ember Moon and Shotzi Blackheart
Both are gone from the company.

>The Way (Candice LeRae and Indi Hartwell)
One has been released from the company and joined TNA and does indie dates. The other is still currently floundering like her husband on the main roster (Just waiting to be released).

>Io Shirai and Zoey Stark
One has become one of the companies top stars, the other is basically used as a henchwoman by other women. The henchwoman is currently out on injury.

So IYO SKY is the only star from this lot.
>>
>>19729223
>Samoa Joe
>Vince didn't want him to wrestle
Wasn't because of that botched muscle buster that he gave to Tyson Kidd and ruined his career. It was a freak accident and Samoa Joe isn't to be blamed for it.
>>
Let's do the NXT Crusierweight Champions from Black & Gold.

>TJ Perkins
Had a weird run in WWE. Released and actually did a decent run in NJPW. Has re-signed and is now working in AAA.

>The Brian Kendrick
Has been with WWE for years. Released, almost went to AEW but stopped after old Holocaust denial comments came out. Has done some guest producing for WWE since. Might be retired now.

>Rich Swann
Released from WWE, and aside from one domestic violence incident with Su Yung, he's become a top star for TNA.

>Neville
Went to AEW as PAC and joined the Death Riders.

>Tozawa
Has hung on to WWE despite everything. Has become an R-Truth level comedy wrestler.

>Enzo Amore
Fired from WWE after rape accusation. Went to WWE event after he was fired and got dragged out (lol). Once thought to be a big star, now his supposed Jannetty Big Cass is on tv more then him. Still does indie dates but most fans don't care for him.

>Kalisto
Released, does indie stuff now.

>Cedric Alexander
Was released, joined TNA. Was a part of the TNA invasion of NXT but not a big part of it.

>Buddy Murphy
Released and joined AEW as a part of House of Black. Currently injured. Having sex with his wife Rhea Ripley.

>Tony Nese
Released and joined AEW as a basically a glorified heel jobber. Seems to have transitioned to a backstage role in AEW.

>Drew Gulak
Had an okay run in NXT. Got called up and even was with Daniel Bryan for a bit, but then turned into a comedy wrestler for the 24/7 title. Rejoined NXT with the No Quarter Crew but was not re-signed after Ronda Rousey accused him of sexual harassment. Now does indie dates.

>Lio Rush
Released from WWE. Became an indie wrestler. Joined AEW but left after Tony Khan's spat with Big Swole. He did more indie stuff but later returned to AEW/ROH. Still does indie dates.

(1/2)
>>
>>19729463
>Angel Garza
Has been with WWE for awhile, and done okay with LWO and Legado Del Fantasma. Has become a part of AAA again since WWE acquired it.

>JD McDonagh/Jordan Devlin
While he has become a glorified jobber, he's still a member of the Judgement Day and gets good tv time. But is currently out injured.

>El Hijo del Fantasma/Santos Escobar
Having a good run on the main roster with LWO and Legado Del Fantasma. Is now a part of AAA for WWE.

>Kushida
Released and returned to NJPW.

(2/2)

Out of all of these guys. I think only really Santos Escobar and JD McDonagh have come close to what can be called stars. Tozawa is on tv as a comedy guy like R-Truth.
>>
Let’s do NXT UK Champions now

>Tyler Bate
On main roster as Grande Americano Bravo under a mask.

>Pete Dunne
Was made into one of Sheamus’ Peaky Blinder goons as Butch. Got his name back and performs also as a Grande Americano. Is also a backstage producer in AAA.

>Walter/Gunther
Has now become one of WWE’s top heels. Retired John Cena

>Ilja Dragunov
Was injured for a bit after coming to the main roster but is now doing solid work as US Champ (although he just lost it).

Obviously Gunter/Walter and maybe Ilja Dragunov are the guys who were stars from this lot.
>>
NXT UK Woman’s Champs

>Rhea Ripley
One of WWE’s biggest stars.

>Toni Storm
Left the company after a humiliating main roster run. While a rocky start at first, she became AEW’s top female stars, and a top star in the company.

>Kay Lee Ray
Name changed to Alba Fyre. Joined a tag team with another Scottish redhead. Tag team partner got released. Is now with Chelsea Green’s stable as the Secret Hervice.

>Meiko Satomura
Already legendary women’s Japanese wrestler. Had the longest reign due to COVID. Came to NXT and dropped the title to Mandy Rose. Quietly disappeared and went back to Japan. Retired after 30 years in wrestling.

So it's literally only Rhea.
>>
>>19728967
>Ciampa will leave WWE
At last. His ceiling was NXT and he's long since outstayed his welcome, despite multiple Paul attempts at getting him over. I guess he might disappear into the AEW black hole, but more likely he takes a year or so out before Paul brings him back yet again.
>>
Will be known as Gargano's jannetty, grim
>>
Okay, now NXT UK Tag Champions:

>Grizzled Young Veterans (James Drake and Zack Gibson)
Both released and signed to AEW as the same name. They are a minor tag team there.

>Flash Morgan Webster and Mark Andrews
Both released and went to RevPro

>Gallus (Mark Coffey and Wolfgang)
Both released after everyone seeing how short they actually are lol. Both are presumably going back to the UK indies.

>Pretty Deadly (Lewis Howley and Sam Stoker)
They actually got to Smackdown and are seen as pretty decent heel tag team. One of them is out injured currently.

>Moustache Mountain (Trent Seven and Tyler Bate)
One actually has stayed and done an okay job on the main roster (But nowhere being a star) while the other has left the company

>Ashton Smith and Oliver Carter
Both are gone from the WWE.

>Brooks Jensen and Josh Briggs
Brooks is somehow still with the company and wrestling in Evolve. Briggs is still with the company but got sent to NOAH, is still technically in developmental.

So Pretty Deadly are the only stars out of these that are in the company.
>>
>>19729419
Bro I've seen this copypasta before
>>
I'll do anyone who was in an NXT Takeover main event but never won a championship.

>Tyson Kidd
Had to retire due to career-ending injury. Has had big backstage producer role since then and seems to be a core part of backstage.

>Alexander Wolfe
Was first with Sanity before joining Imperium. Was quietly released and back on the indies.

>Killian Dain
Released in NXT. Did some appearances for AEW and NJPW but not much else. Is married to Nikki Cross.

>Zack Gibson
Other half of Grizzled Young Vets. Also released in NXT. Is in AEW as GYV as a minor tag team. Also makes appearances for NJPW.

>Dijak
Called up to the main roster and given the stink of being a member of Retribution. Returned to NXT after that crashed and burned. Was called up to RAW again but released not long later. Seems to have been a source for SRS of Fightful. Does indie stuff now.

>Pat McAfee
Already famous former NFL player now commentator for WWE. Has his own ESPN show. Doing this for the love of WWE when he really doesn't have to.

>Danny Burch
Was released and went back to the indies.

No other stars here unless you want to count already famous Pat McAfee.
>>
List of people who are still in developmental even though they debuted in the NXT Black & Gold era. Black & Gold era ends in September 2021 when the NXT 2.0 rebrand happens.

Men
>Andre Chase (debuted a few months before NXT 2.0 rebrand)
>Charlie Dempsey (debuted in NXT UK before he came to NXT 2.0 after NXT UK folded)
>Josh Briggs
>Shawn Spears (This one is weird cause he left WWE and then came back to NXT when he returned)
>Noam Dar

Women
>Fallon Henley (Has changed her ring name a few times)
>Jacy Jayne
>Wendy Choo

Jesskia Carr was signed as a ref in Black & Gold but she has been wrestling again in Evolve as Kaylyx, so not sure if that counts.
>>
>>19729249
>>Keith Lee
His weird AEW run was as a result of him being unable to do singles matches. Tony paired him with Swerve because Swerve was a good worker and meant that Keithly would get rest in matches. The few times he had a Dynamite singles match it was absolutely embarrassing. His match against Jericho was essentially 25% rest spots and Keithly selling. When Chris fucking Jericho has to slow down for you, something's wrong. Tony lost faith that the Swerve match would be good but agreed to book a pseudo squash match to write Keithly off for surgery, but being a mark Keithly didn't want to put Swerve over and said his injury was aggravated. Since then, he's been frozen out. He attended All In after months of Tony trying to get him back but he was told he'd be working heel against Swerve and that he'd need to follow AEWs plans - Keithly is a massive mark for himself who doesn't want to put people over (Exfed-itis) even when people like Swerve have long since passed him in popularity.

Can the massive FAGGOT posting rundowns of every wrestler just fucking find a tall building and jump. Why don't you do something useful with your life instead of sitting your fat disabled ass at a computer fantasizing over fake fighters. Fucking retard holy fuck.

i think the only reason mercedes stays in AEW after her current run is if tony pays her like at least 1.5x whatever WWE will give her to come back
she had a belt collector run, the longest reign with the midcard title, and will obviously get the world title eventually - she's basically completed AEW
she's not really over with the crowds anymore either and said herself she thinks she'll end up back in WWE eventually, her temper tantrum will have subsided by the time her contract is over
unless tony goes full money mark with an offer she can't refuse i think sasha comes back eventually

>Had the longest reign due to COVID. Came to NXT and dropped the title to Mandy Rose.
KLR was the covid champ and had the longest reign. longest women's reign in WWE history besides moolah actually. and tehnically meiko didn't drop to mandy, they unified the titles so many never was never the UK champion.

I wonder if this will help Johnny. Since he's not connected at the hip to Ciampa anymore, he could maybe do some different sorts of things on the show. And maybe Triple H will want to show Ciampa it could've been better if he'd stuck around.

gargano was holding ciampa back, not the other way around

I agree but I still wonder if it's good for Johnny.
>>

He's almost 50 years old no? and he worked a stiff most of his career. He will probably want a coaching job rather than wrestle.
>>
>>19730342
ciampa is 40. he says he has at least another decade of in-ring wrestling left in him.

very curious about what sparked his desire to leave right now, he was just starting to get over, DIY was getting singles time in the midcard, he's both an H and vince guy so he'd be set forever if he wanted it
