>>19736217That's because Tony purposefully rarely booked MJF in matches to try to keep him strong. He gave MJF so little ring time that he didn't gain any in-ring experience to improve at all. Meanwhile, he just kept cutting the same tired ass promo week after week relying on old cliches, so his promos never got any better either. He's been coddled, that's why he's still so mediocre.
