So were Billy Gunn and D'Lo Brown.Like others have already pointed out Foley and Vince are in the trailer, Jericho is rumored to be returning soon, they can get around JR by simply using old recordings of him from the original matches, and they never use the referees actual likenesses, they're always generic.What you have left are a bunch of midcarders they can easily skip over, like they have in the past. If you think this dooms the Attitude Era mode, you're just grasping at straws. Plus every time they've done one of these in the past, they primarily focus on Steve Austin, The Rock, Undertaker, Shawn Michaels, and Bret Hart anyway, not the midcard matches.

>>19751853they made a shitty game the first time, ~no one is trying to make other sports games with smaller licenses because you won't come out ahead with modern game development costs, and I honestly think the wwe games have their own core fanbase with its own quirks that mostly likes the games the way they are. It's crazy to me that people sperg out about who is and isn't in the roster every year when making caws is the only thing in those games that I find fun (though the core gameplay isn't like offensive, you can have your stupid action figures fight each other for an hour without feeling miserable), but it has been this way for a very long time
