This show kills almost all creative agency the wrestlers have, whilst fellating the executives, and making Paul Lavesque seem like some abstract creative mastermind. It really reduces sports entertainment to a team of writers playing with toys.

this show is definitely contributing to the negative perception fans have of WWE lately
>>
That's how it should be, wrestlers are fucking retards who can't be trusted with anything.

The only problem is that the guy in charge is a wrestler and not a writer.
>>

>it's still real to him
Absolute fucking retard. As if any actor or stuntman should be able to show up to the shoot and just riff and improvise lines instead of reading from the script.
>>
>>19761486
good. thats exactly.what they are just a bunch of actors.
>>
>>19761515
retard
>>
>makes hhh seem like a creative mastermind
Yes thats the point of the whole thing to inflate his ego even more
>>

I can't refute that, my previous assumption was that the creative process was more collaborative than we see it depicted in the show. The wrestlers don't seem involved in the discussions at all. The extent to which they're meticulously directed by multiple people backstage reduces them to something less than actors, but more than stuntmen, who serve as conduits through which some asshole tells and story. If anything, now I'm more concerned with understanding the psychology of booker via the matches or the storylines they produce.

I lost it when the agent for the MITB match was still working out the finish and then creative genius Hunter came up with the perfect finish lmao

Who cares, Crybaby?

kayfabe was killed by John Stossel.

Go research 20/20.

Faggot.

That might be better for the wrestlers since RAW and SD are absolute dogshit. It lets the wrestlers off the hook (except LA Knight who ruined the "brilliant" finish of MitB). HHH is the retard that wants to make sure everyone knows he is responsible for this garbage lol.

In retrospect, it makes it all the more perplexing as to why they defended kayfabe for so long, and why people are so adamant about uncovering the legitimacy of something so obviously choreographed.

It insists upon itself
>>
>>19761486
I refuse to watch it, it’s such a dumb idea. Another Paul L fumble.
>>
Working in WWE doesn’t sound like it would be much fun when your entire match is laid out for you spot for spot unless you’re one of the top names.
>>
>>19761486
>smarks who spend all their time reading backstage gossip and spoilers for upcoming matches are furious about a show that breaks kayfabe
>>
>>19761486
What new info did he spoil for you? You didnt think the refs communicated with the wrestlers during the match? Are you retarded?
>>
>>19761486
They tried making Cena’s heel turn seem like this masterful idea that was hard to orchestrate
>>
>>19761486
It's pretty funny that Triple H will never accept he ever was wrong about anything but the entire show is just revealing Triple H is behind all of the shit booking decisions.
>>
>>19763234
Do you want me to be retarded?
