He's apparently been out filming something but the way he left and the way his entire story with Christian and FTR has been completely dropped, even having him say to Christian 'I don't know if I'm coming back' onscreen, along with the fact that his contract there is winding down has me thinking he might be in Khantanamo territory similar to Jericho where Tony knows he isn't re-signing so he's just sitting him out
