Stephanie Vaquer needs to switch up her moveset and drop the Devil's Kiss and the top rope Stardust Press.
these two moves clearly take a toll on her
and if she wants to extend her wrestling career
she needs to take it easy on her knees and incorporate a finishing move that doesn't force her to bounce her knees on the mat as much as the Devil's Kiss move clearly does.

the Devil's Kiss is a part of Vaquer's charm, but, it's also a part of her curse, because of her knee injuries.

Everybody is so busy staring at her ass that they don't notice that 90% of the time her knees barely touch the floor or not at all during the Devil's kiss, hence why she seems to prefer when her opponents sell it by smashing their hands
But among the thousand reasons Vaquer is over is the fact that she looks like she really took a beating after most of her matches and it's usually because she hit a springboard crossbody and/or a spiral tap near the end (and because she sells well)
She's been working that style for a while, beating the shit of her opponent and sawdusting herself are part of the show, and she trains to specifically avoid injuries. When you look at her style, even softened slightly in WWE, and the fact that she never had any surgeries or big injuries, she probably knows what she's doing actually
