Altogether I would say she's been delivering. NXT seems locked in on having Jacy as champion still for whatever reason which sticks her as the top heel by default. So in terms of booking it's stuck Monroe in a weird place on the card. She's bigger than she's being booked to be. That could be why there's not a whole lot of noise happening with what she's doing
