Pro wrestling includes very dedicated method acting, where wrestlers commit to characters off stage and outside of work. That's commendable when movie actors do it. Why not pro wrestlers? It's low bro entertainment, sure. The storylines can be simplistic or even awkward and weird at times. They can laugh at the content if they want. But saying "wrestling is fake" as a means to dismiss it is just plain stupid and logically inconsistent.
