While taking part in a live signing with K & S WrestleFest, Flair was casually interacting with fans and organizers when the conversation unexpectedly shifted toward the idea of him wrestling again. What followed wasn’t an announcement—but it was enough to get people talking.

As Flair continued signing memorabilia, one of the hosts relayed a question that had been popping up repeatedly in the live chat about whether fans could see him wrestle one more time. Flair immediately reacted with surprise before revealing a very specific possibility.

>“Somebody wants me to wrestle Ricky Morton now.”

The comment drew an instant reaction from those on the stream, with one of the interviewers joking that the two legends could still pull off something special. Flair didn’t laugh it off or shut it down. Instead, he leaned into the idea.

>“Easily. Thinking about it.”

When the moment was framed as potential “breaking news,” Flair added a reality check, making it clear nothing was locked in—but also making it clear it wasn’t a joke.

>“Yeah. Not that far from—way off on financial terms, of course.”

Flair didn’t go deeper into logistics, but he did explain why the idea even appeals to him at this stage. In a rare moment of honesty during the signing, he spoke about motivation and what still pushes him day to day.

>“Sometimes I need something to motivate me, man. Just to go to the gym every day for nothing is…”

I actually don't understand why he needs to have a decent match, he could literally just have a Saturday morning squash like he used to when he was young.

So who would be interested in booking Flair Vs Morton? I'm guessing Corgan or Russo.
>>
>>19841092
David Crockett and Conrad Thompson.
>>
>>19841092
Russo has been consistently ageist his entire career, you don't have to blame him for every thing bad that happens or could happen in pro wrestling, bro.
>>
>>19841065
Die in the ring please I need a true KWABOTY contender
>>
>>19841065
Last time I saw flair, it was in some podcast and he was leaning, not moving, and his face was half paralyzed...
>>

Dying in the ring would make him more popular

turning 77 soon, man, stop.

>walks to the ring downing a bottle of tequila
>shatters hip walking up the ring steps
>grabs a mic and offers to fuck every woman under 35 in the audience after the match
>shits his pants
>hits one chop on Ricky Morton and flair flops onto him for a 3 count
>grabs the mic again
>WOOOOOOOOOOOO
>*dies*

MORE TOYS FOR TONY!
>>
>>19841161
why? flair himself has said that is how he wants to die, honestly that is more dignified then dying alone on the floor of a hotel room
>>
>>19841161
KWABOTY would be him dying in the locker room right before his final match
>>
>>19841411
... I'm thinking he kinda based.....
>>
>>19841129
whos blaming him? I want to see flair vs morton and idgaf how old they are.
>>
>>19841071
flair's the first known case of a wrestler getting addicted to meltzer stars
>>
>>19841639
maybe im a bad person for saying this, but I say let flair end it in the ring if he wants. he has earned the right to go out however he wants imo.
>>
>>19842715
He tried last time but God didn't let him tap out. He should try putting people over on ringside as a manager
>>
hmmmm, I wish I'd have went to the supermarket around here when he was shilling his shitty mushroom energy drink that apparently tastes horrific
I'd have liked to get a pic with him before he dies desu
>>
>>19842744
I know, I was there. we shoot thought that Flair died for a few minutes and apparently he almost did. I don't want to see him die but I respect his right to go out on his own terms.
>>
>>19841071
He wants to perform and be Ric Flair. It's not that he has to pay for alimony, he just wants to go out there and perform. Flair craves respect
>>
>>19841161
This. He looks ready for death.
>>
Is he rich or broke?
I need to know
>>
>>19842973
He's gone back and forth so many times he doesn't even know anymore.
>>
>>19842973
It doesn't matter because even at the peak of his financial stability in the late 00s early 90s he just wanted to keep wrestling. He was taking superplexes off of ladders so people would remember him
>>
>>19841161
80 year old Flair dying in the ring would be the basedest thing anyone has ever done.
>>
>>19842973
He sits at bars every night. Take a guess.
>>
>>19843035
yeah I'm thinking a lot less rich than he presents himself as least
