>>19863392I'm shocked he's showing up that much. I thought the promo last week would be it until a couple weeks before Mania.
>>19863392Grim as fuck that WWE let a dimeless bitch like this finagle them into a superstar contract
>>19863392he was on raw last week but ok

He's showing up 3 straight shows holy shit
You guys remember when the Rumble was actually used to build new stars instead of just lazily setting up the Wrestlemania main event?
>>19863392This was always going to happen. They set the table post-Rumble then Punk moved on to Balor. This happened all the time in the 00's, the Rumble winner would be distracted with some other feud while the champion tied up loose ends, or a challenger won the belt and then faced the Rumble winner.
>>19863392I don't really care but if he takes a month of they should at have some pretapes of him shooting shit at Punk to keep it fresh.
>>19867126Not really. Most Rumble winners were guys who were already solidified as top guys.
>>19867126>Muh build new starsThey tried that with Jey but you losers just shat your pants for his entire build and title reign. You don’t get to cry your crocodile tears now that they’re going back to relying on part timer old farts.
>>19867126No. When wrestling was hot? Austin won 3 times, Vince won, Rock won, HHH won after his injury, Brock won, then the era before that Hogan and Flair won. It was always the top stars setting up the WM match
>>19867126Not really? The only instances where it made new stars was Micheals winning his first of 2 Rumbles in 95, Stones Cold winning his first of 3 in 98, Batista winning his first of 2 in '05, and hilariously enough, Reigns winning his first of 2 in '15 where he and Rock were infamously booed out of the building.
>>19863392His contract is up after Wrestlemania. His next contract might be even more part time.
