WWE has a team of 30 writers and producers but still can't write or produce anything good or interesting. What's the deal with that?
>>19863575They aren’t built to grind anymore, they aren’t built to last
>>19863575Too many cooks spoils the broth.
>>19863575because their creative team is just a bunch of jews and women deciding how they want to troll you this week.
>>19863575They dont try to put good shows on anymore like they used to, they just put out "content" and most of it is rotten, sometimes there might be a good match or promo or segment but there will be no good shows anymore because thats not what they're trying to do
>>19863575They might benefit from an off-season
On Unreal, most of the creative team thought that McAfee beating Gunther would be a good idea. Now imagine that level of intricate thinking applied on a weekly basis. You can see why the shows are how they are
>>19863575Ive noticed the last couple years especially since netflix, the format entirely informs the show. Every week is the same thing, they advertise the undertakers shitty podcast at the same time every week. There is clearly more care put into timing and filling up the time perfectly rather than writing a good show and then making it fit

>>19863575if the lead writer sucks, doesnt matter how many you have
>>19863575its weird
Most of the writers and other people that work under Paul are just people who are barely good at it. That's why he's so threatened by Shawn.
>>19863575Some of the best stuff of all time had just Dusty as booker while also wrestling full time, with nonstop house shows and multiple national TV shows. Same for WWF with just Vince and Pat. They don't need all the people they have today, but it helps make them look like a big professional operation for shareholders and advertisers.

Wrestling, and most TV shows for that matter, are A - written by people who have never been in a conflict or seen actual adversity in their lives and B - written for an audience that generally do not enjoy watching actual conflict or adversity in their shows.
