WWE wrestlers being so injury prone now is directly correlated to them stopping house shows and when you stop doing it it conditions the body soft muscle tissues to not be prepared for any traumatic impact even for the softest bumps. Taking bumps 250 days in a year unironically is better for them long term. This is the same thing we're seeing in basketball now all the young guys are having exploding legs because they stopped training like how the old heads use to train

buy a pullup/dip station bro seriously. its cheap, takes little space and its fucking awesome. i took a month off gym because of winter too but i was consistently training with that and i made actual progress on my pullup strength
