I didn't believe the Friction story before but I do now.

Wow, he belongs to an organization that exists in pretty much every town, is fairly easy to join (if you're a man), and is pretty much dying.
Cool.

>pretty much dying

That's because even normies are catching on to how shady they are
>>
>>19868397
I was one a while back (haven't been to lodge regularly in 20 years).
It's more boring than shady. There are no mysteries of the universe. The meetings take two forms - initiations and business meetings. The business meetings aren't the business of running the world, but mostly about paying to keep the lights on and organizing the next initiation.
I suppose there's the Scottish Rite as well (the so-called "upper degrees"). Belonged to that too. It's just a bunch of morality plays. Got my 32nd Degree over the course of a few months and I'm no one special.

>I'm no one special

That's probably why they didn't initiate you further
>>

Nice try, glowie.

press F for friction

I was 32nd Degree, 33rd isn't that hard to get - mostly a matter of time, service, and not asking for it. And 33rds don't really run anything in Masonry proper - that's all Lodge Officers, and you can be a lodge officer without ever taking part in the Scottish Rite or any other side organization. No degree is higher than the 3rd, the rest are just alongside it and elaborate on the lessons of the 3rd.

Kek, really not hard to join. Look up the Grand Lodge of the jurisdiction where you live then inquire further.

tell us why they do psychic practices and tell everybody in the group to focus their mental powers on new recruits during initiation? you wont say that, will you?
>>
>>19868636
>tell us why you do this thing you don't do, oh wait you're not going to tell us anyway
Classic "when did you stop beating your wife" setup.

I've studied the occult quite a bit. And Freemasonry is indeed occult (it's an egregore). But I never actually learned anything occult inside Freemasonry except through other brethren who were into that sort of thing.
You can honestly learn more online, at a bookstore, or in your local library. Or through actual occult organizations like O.T.O. or B.O.T.A..
>>
>>19868663
Never diddled kids, nor would I, nor do I know of anyone who has.
I'm answering questions openly.
>>
>>19868667
what other did the other interested freemasons teach you about the occult
>>
>>19868685
It's not really a matter of learning anything directly, more shooting the shit talking about esoteric crap and the nature of life like you would with any friends because we were friends who hung out often. We're talking like 20 years ago when I was a lot younger.
Like I said, Freemasonry is an egregore. The point of the symbols and rituals are that they create a shared experience that brings members together and gives them a commonality they might not otherwise have. Freemasonry doesn't have an aim, it's more of an end unto itself if that makes sense.
