Certainly anything more than medium rare and most people will assume you don’t actually enjoy steak (or you are a non-white). It’s that there is no sear on it at all somehow. I’m gonna assume it’s got that grey/no sear look to it because it’s cooked in a wok with some sort of seed oil coating or even drenching the pan and absolutely no cure on the meat or even just a quick salting. Too much moisture going on in the cooking maybe they do that corn in the same wok. Looks fucking boiled.
