It was a failed arm drag. Although it did look like halfway through she wasn't sure which extremely basic move she wanted to hit.
For a hip toss you pop your hip out and they post off your stable/standing body but arm drag is where they plant onto their arm. Both are very easy to take but this dumb bitch threw herself forward so Komomo was basically shoot taken over onto her neck.
