The Max Dupri card? Splendid.
>>
>>19900058
Was Logan Paul the one maintaining the whole pokemon tcg afloat? The moment that card sells for under 10 million the whole thing will come crashing down.
>>
That's awesome! Hopefully he donates it to the Puerto Ricans he loves affected by ICE

>$16M for a pokemon card
gen Z and millennials have destroyed this great nation.
>>

It isn't some kid who just dropped 16milly on it. Logan explained during the stream that it's probably a group pitching in together. He also explained how buying it guarantees a huge amount of media coverage for whoever gets it, which likely means it is someone in an adjacent business such as auctioning collectibles, etc. or some group which relies on buzz like how Logan used it to create headlines and launched Rip It and the auction guy he worked with used it to promote his site and the odds site working with Logan also used the event and got huge attention from the kind of people interested in that.

Anon... Pokemon is just the base of the pyramid til you reach OG MTG, OG YGH before konami began banning cards, and ancient baseball cards.
>>
It makes me wonder if Cardonna is looking at his collection of Joes and thinking of selling his rare ones the way logan did.
82/83 joes are nearly 20k

You flip shit that is having 15 minutes of fame or will degrade in quality unless you are creating liquid capital to make an even more promising investment. Logan sold the card at the right time and place and got out of that while launching other shit. Cardona flips the right shit and is holding on to stuff that will only increase in value. I'm sitting on shit worth money but will only increase from here, other stuff I hold on to because personal feelings or shit like music gear because 'One day I might need it' and that day never comes.

>The card was purchased by AJ Scaramucci, the 33-year-old son of Donald Trump’s former White House communications director Anthony Scaramucci.

He was actually in the room and after winning awkwardly promoted some new global treasure hunt thing
