The curse of being a UK based wrestling fan, if it's ever mentioned people of a certain generation always bring up Big Daddy, WOS Wrestling died out when I was just a small child, I never watched it and having seen his act retrospectively I really can't understand what the fuss was about, he was utterly shit!

I know it entirely from watching my dad's VHS tapes and stuff that made it onto Youtube but there were some great wrestlers on WOS, even Jushin Liger on excursion made it onto ITV a few times. Big charismatic guys are always going to be more popular than good workers when the audience is mostly ultra-casual though
