Weird to think that Vince was gonna push him as a top guy. Could you seriously imagine Austin Theory as a multiple time World Champ and contrarians defending him?

theory is not a good heel in the way they're making him play a serious/edgy one right now. goofy himbo theory was better, but that has a ceiling and i think by presenting him as they are now, they're signalling that they still have faith in him as a potential top guy of the future.
the babyface turn the crowds were clamoring for before he "got injured" (not convinced of this) would have been good for him - he's been a heel his entire career, but that was finally his chance to break out as an organic babyface.
i think they're gonna try face theory again, i think he'll be revealed as seth's man on the inside and turn soon, as again a more serious character as he is now, but a face.
