They don't exactly have much to do besides train and media stuff when they're in a city. Go to a tanning salon, and it'll usually have esthetic services (waxing, whatever). I imagine if you were desperate you could shave in the locker room/hotel shower, too. Brock also has really blonde hair so I imagine he didn't have that the problem of really noticeable body hair.

Not much different than WWE roster except, add travel into it. Same for AEW except minus travel, gym, and grooming
