HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH
>>20051677Kek it do be like that
WWE fucking sucks
>>20051677Phil isn't the draw he thinks he is. First WM of this era where they've had to do this
Thanks, Drumpf!
>>20051677they would pay the original prices if the card was actually good. doesn't help that nobody wants to travel to vegas either
>>20051677wait people were complaining about $200 for two nights of the biggest wrestling event of the year?
>>20051679oh yeah, that part
>>20051677Oh wait, the new lowered price is for the CHEAPEST ticket which is up in the fucking rafters lol that's still too much. Seats where you need binoculars should be 50 bucks
>>20051677>"WWE bad. They need to lower their prices">WWE lowers their prices>"WWE bad. They lowered their prices"
>>20051689That's for the cheapest tickets available
>>20051688I dont care how good the card is, I'm not paying those prices on top of flights and lodging
>>20051715I have the strangest desire to want to stick that figure right up my bum
>>20051723exactly
>>20051723>on top of flights and lodgingThat's probably the biggest issue why tickets aren't selling. Vegas is expensive even though it's a ghost town now
>>20051689$200+ for one night just to sit in the worst possible seat.
>>20051677I'd go if they paid me $55 an hour to sit and watch this shit while pretending to be all enthused.
>double dip in vegas one of the most expensive cities in the country for shows>people don't have any fucking money as it is>the wrestlemania card feels like a filler mania with very little intrigue or hypeTKO is retarded.
>>20051704Yeah, I love WWE and my reason for not traveling to WrestleMania has nothing to do with the actual show, which I enjoy. It's just not worth that much money to me. These two seats I circled, which are still very far away from the ring are $675 each for a two day combo ticket. Regular Raw and SmackDown shows aren't like this. Tickets are expensive but not ungodly expensive. I just paid $200 for a pretty good seat for Raw in a couple months. Could've gotten in for maybe $70 if I sat in the upper bowl in the back, which still wouldn't have been bad, could've seen the ring just fine. WrestleMania is just too much money.
>>20051759>>the wrestlemania card feels like a filler mania with very little intrigue or hypeI don't agree with that at all. But they're too expensive when the economy is bad and getting worse, and yes, going to Vegas twice in a row doesn't help, although I'm sure the city paid them a ton of money to make it happen.
>>20051751
>>20051677The Fridge Morgan effect
>>20051677>NoFanLamia
Nobody wants to watch Cody vs Orton, Punk vs Reigns, or Seth vs Logan PaulThe most anticipated match would be Americano vs Americano, and there's zero build up
But I was told Romans rare appearances were ok since he's such a huge draw?
they only lowered prices for the seats that can't see the entrance KEK
>>20051677I could buy an entire section at Dynamite for $177
>>20051815I hate that rushed Cody vs Orton because they didn't want to do it in Saudi Mania so they're doing it now this year on American soil. I don't feel anything for that much, or Punk vs Reigns for that matter. Cody calling this year's Wrestlemania a "sleeper wrestlemania" and AJ Styles saying Wrestlemania has lost its magic unironically took the shine off the event.
>>20051677>No Rock >No Cena >Roman, Brock, Punk, Cody all proven to be anti-dimes Triple Paul can't book
>>20051891If you don't feel anything for those two huge matches, I don't know what to tell you. And I don't know what they could've done instead to get you interested.
People aren't going because of Trump's economy and the affordability crisis. Foreigners aren't flying in for the show because they are worried about being murdered by ICE. It has nothing to do with the card or city. People want to go but they simply can't.

>>20051903That’s the problem with neurotypical thinkers, it’s always >I don’t know what you want me to doI would just for once like you to access the deeper recesses of your brain and be more creative or thoughtful, but I understand you can’t and that’s fine
>>20051677Fuck you
yikes if only wwe built up their roster and made better booking decisions over time
>>20051933that part
>>20051933Louder for those in the back.
>>20052224I always wonder how these people function. The same people who were marking out for the bloodline and calling it cinema can't imagine why people don't want to watch a match that has no build or story.
>>20051764>I love WWE and my reason for not traveling to WrestleMania has nothing to do with the actual show, which I enjoy.
>>20051677IN CASE YOU'VE BEEN LIVING UNDER A ROCK, WWE IS ICE COLD RIGHT NOW
>Economy and people's spending power is fucked>Running Vegas again>Vegas is expensive as fuck too>Tickets are way too high>Product feels stagnant, cold>International fans have the world cup in NA a few months later, which they will choose over wrestling and its probably cheaper for everything too
>>20051680Yes sir.
>>20051677Good opportunity for those seeking cheaper tickets.
>>20051933>want to goHoly Edrone
>>20051677i'd go but gas is too expensive.
>>20051757Yeah. It’s a marketing issue, for sure. By which I mean, of the classic “P’s” of Marketing (Product, Place, Price, Promotion), this Wrestlemania seems to be struggling because of the Place and Price P’s.The Product is fine (despite regular bitching around here, this 2-night card is probably the best card they could construct given the healthy, active roster talent right now). And the Promotion is fine. Shit, whether it’s the morning shows or McAfee, they’re talking about Cody Rhodes and/or the Tribal Chief on ESPN every day now, it seems. Plus, Punk is on every podcast. It’s not a promotional awareness problem. Rather, it’s the Place (Vegas. Again.) and it’s the Pricing (too high).Thing is, once you start lowering prices, fans will just continue to wait, figuring you’ll keep lowering them even further. …which WWE will. It’s the classic marketing game of finding the right price in a free market. Like when the liquor store in your town has a going out of business sale, and starts at 50% off. You wait. Not good enough. Then they go to 60%. And you’re like ehhh. Because you know they’ll go to 70%, but what you DON’T know is how many impatient morons have already picked the place over at 50 and 60%.Wrestlemania is going through this right now. Water will find its level and the shows will still sellout, but probably just not for the total profits TKO hoped for (or Vegas). It’s fine. It happens. It’s business.
e-drones can't afford wrestlemania anymore because a WWE hall of famer is currently ass fucking the global economy
>>20052784It's so obvious an indian wrote this lol
if you think a thousand dollars is alot of money, it might be over for you

>>20053073How? I'm paying $390 roundtrip on United out of O'Hare.
>>20051677Pissant company
why don't they lower the prices for the actual decent seats?
>>20051786>Everyone banned from ringsideIsn't this the stipulation for every AEW show? That is why there are so few people in the audience, right???
>>20052369But there are builds and stories for this year's WrestleMania. You're pretending there aren't for some reason.
>>20052784This is all pretty correct. I think WWE is going to have to adjust their prices for their shows in the future. They'll just start lower for shows and then they won't have to lower them as much later.
>>20051716>$6.5k to watch Punk Vs Romanjesus christ I wouldn't buy that shit either
>>20051677This is all that matters. It doesn't matter how many smelly poor people they can stuff into a stadium. It matters that they are continuing to make more money than they ever did in a fucking recession as well. >b-b-but why does it matter to you if WWE is making so much money. You don't see it, it doesn't go in your pocketSure but the more money that WWE makes, the more that they are ensured to be the #1 wrestling company in the world and there is no reason to worry that they would ever disappear while all the AEW cultists can do is cry and use meaningless copes to try to make themselves feel better about it but it don't change shit and they are the ones who should be worrying about their own company's future. WWE won, is winning, and will continue to win. Accept it and move on.
I bought a second row floor ticket to Mania 27 before the Rumble off a scalping site for $1,300 (about $500 over face) in 2011 money and after the show I swore to myself that I would never again go to a WrestleMania because it's literally a crap shoot. The show could either be incredible (30, 19, 38, etc.) or historically awful (27, 32, 34, etc.). And I came to that conclusion after being burned for "only" $2,000 in 2026 money. I could not even fathom taking that risk for $15,000+ which is what that seat would cost this year if you went for both nights. Even if I had fuck you money I wouldn't give them the satisfaction.
>>20053736They're shit stories, playing out at a snails pace. Saying "there are stories though! it doesn't matter that they're lazy, uninspired and repelling people from attending!" is quite pathetic
Meanwhile, I just bought 4 lower bowl off center tickets to Double or Nothing this week for $350 total including fees.Me and the brahhhhs will be tearing up NYC for a weekend and we're treating it like our Wrestlemania for the year.

>>20070804They're not bonuses. They're tax incentives and grants that come from the state. You're just making shit up. Louisiana offered them X amount to come to New Orleans, then Nevada offered them even more. I'm not saying it's a good idea to run the same city twice in a row (obviously it wasn't) but Las Vegas is desperate for tourism these days, and TKO is always going to go where there's more money.
>>20070964Isn't tonight's show AEW's first sellout in like two years?

WWE will be fine, but I wonder how long relying on the pay pigs who spend tens of thousands on their products will last. It seems to be a strategy across the board, maximise the revenue per head from a dwindling audience of super marks.
