From the Big Event NY vlogs I've watched, Toni remained seated for all photographs with fans and wore huge black shades. She was either working the angle or is severely ill. Early pregnancy wouldn't require that. Even the old broken down wrestlers stood for pics. Mina and Jamie had long lines btw.
