He has some good ideas. He will give everyone on the roster something to do. He likes having storylines that follow through week to week.

He has some clear faults though. He books too much at once and eventually, it stops making sense. He always books himself as a main character. He loves trashy stuff, which works in JCW and the Attitude Era, but not now. He also doesn't really care that much for the in-ring portion of wrestling. But most people do want to see a feud pay off with a great match and do want to see one or two matches per show that showcase wrestling.

JCW's perfect for him. He can be as trashy as wants. The roster is small so he doesn't have to book too many people at once. He also doesn't need to give out great matches. And they have such little starpower that he can be a main character.

it's simply for social points because everyone else hates on russo. i've watched hundreds of videos on vince russo's channel from 2014 to now & he is someone that doesn't deserve the hate because it gave him depression & everyone is basically dehumanizing him because he has feelings like everyone else. if his haters would watch that video in 2015 in which he defended chyna after triple h buried her for no reason, their fabricated view of vince russo would completely go away because they will realize he is actually a good human being that does what is right
