>Explicitly create the WWE ID system so you can lock people down and stop them from going to AEW>Release everyone the moment they ask so they can go to AEW??????????????????
>>20157448WWE ID just gives them the first dibs at offering a full contract, the wrestler can still choose to go elsewhere, it wasn't this restrictive thing everyone was doomposting about
She wasn't even in the Top 5 of Evolve when she left. She was a fool to leave. Vanity Project got called up a few months later and she would have been on TV every week through NXT. Now she's going to be making her home in ROH with Top Flight, who are probably worse off than they were 5 years ago when they started.
>>20157448zayda’s contract ran out (ID contracts aren’t for that long) and they weren’t settled on giving vanity project NXT contracts yet. at that time, no ID’d talent were signed to NXT fully. the pipeline hadn’t produced anything yet, there was no way to know when it would and she was probably offered an extension or renewal on her ID contract, so she took a chance and left.if anything, her exit and signing to ROH/AEW may have spooked WWE into speeding up signing the ID guys that they did.
>Join WWE ID>Have to compete for your spot in Evolve>Have to compete for your spot in NXT>Have to compete for your spot to go to the main rosteror... join AEW and at worst get relegated to Ring of Honor
>>20157606just grim.
>>20157606If I was a woman I would join wwe solely to beat the shit out of and also end the career of and cause a life threatening injury to bloke manhoe
>>20157606I would compete as long as I could as hard as I could. And then when I get cut because I am too old or not over enough I will work for Tony
>>20157448You're lookin' at the real deal now!
>>20157470Now that ROH is becoming a Florida warehouse developmental too, AEW is watching EVOLVE like a hawk, so ID contracts might have to change to reflect that. WWE only started scouting American indie shitters again because AEW wasn't anymore (they were looking internationally, which is how Je'Von went under their nose)
>>20157448She's a shitter anon. Also I fail to see the bad thing in granting people their release when they request it. Tony should try it sometime
>>20157606Yeah, it's like, Zayda's already been on Dynamite and Lena Kross is tag champ. Feels like a no brainer to go to AEW if you have potential. WWE's system seems to take years. People have been in NXT for like 4 years, it's weird.
>>20157448>Release everyone the moment they asknot surprised an aew fan has a had time grasping this part
>>20158009>Zayda's already been on Dynamite and Lena Kross is tag champ. Feels like a no brainer to go to AEW if you have potential. WWE's system seems to take years.Kek because there's that little competition in AEW. People become champion within months because there's so little to overcome to become one. Tony also couldn't give a shit less about how he books the women's division so he just hotshots belts onto his new toys until he gets bored with them
I feel like NXT/WWE has to release a shit load of people soon, surely? Someone like Jacy Jayne would be top 5 in AEW's women's division overnight but she's stuck in NXT.
>>20157448poor girl, she fell for the mark contract the amount of talent WWE is hiring thru indies or the models/athletes is crazy. that batch they hired with rayne (the metal girl) and the tall blonde crossfit girls is crazy.
>>20158226she rejected the MARK contract
>>20158257pretty sure signing a contract that lands you on roh IS the mark contract
>>20158140Probably after Mania. No way are they letting Jacy go though after they've spent the past year trying to build her up as champion. NXT women's names I'd say that could potentially be cut are Thea, Rizzo, Karmen, Nikkita, and Choo
>>20158313That's the smark contract
>>20158313pretty sure signing a contract for less money because the allure of wrestlemania is the mark contract
>>20158399i can accept this
>>20158404>It's a good thing that wrestlers don't believe in themselves and would rather play it safe
>>20157448fine lil sandbunny
>>20157917Nick Wayne signed with AEW in 2023Jay Malachi signed with WWE in 2023I don't know what kind of narrative you're trying to fabricate here but it's completely wrong and the timeline doesn't match
>>20158404the mark contract is the company not even attempting to make a profit, the one that offers contracts based on vibes, not on running a legitimate business
>>20158665Nick Wayne was signed preemptively in 2022 and he was a nepotism hire through Darby Allin. He debuted in 2023 when he turned 18. Jay Malachi wasn't on their radar at all.
>>20157917>which is how Je'Von went under their nosehe literally wrestled on dark
>>20157606Scared of the grind
>>20157448She's the real deal
>>20157448being signed to AEW is as good as the witness protection program, work a couple times and take five years off
