There is absolutely no reason he is not in no reason he shouldn't be in the Hall of Fame. He literally dedicated his life to wrestling. No one else in the Hall of Fame was kept out for reasons in their personal life so there is no reason he should

He's in the WO HoF which is the only one based on merit and in ring ability, not who you've dicked down or did a favour for

He killed his family. He killed his 7 year old son

>kept out for reasons in their personal life
My brother in Christ, he killed his wife and child in a cold-blooded act of familicide. You cannot overlook that.
>>
He's in the wrestling observer Hall of Fame. But I believe they had a vote to kick him out, and they didn't get enough quotes

he was the coolest guy, though

if they put him in they will put him in the Legacy section
>>
We can still enjoy his great matches without him going into the hall of fame.

If Benoit didn’t murder his wife and disabled kid, or at the very least had no suspicion around him or Kevin Sullivan crap, he would be remembered as a vanilla midget by the anti-smarks. Now he’s the ultimate ironic joke. Die a hero I guess.

e-drones are so dumb no wonder they cant stop cheering for brock lesnar and vince

Everyone knows it was Kevin Sullivan. I watch WM last night with a guy who claimed to be Jake the Snake's illegitimate son. He asked what i thought about what happened with Benoit and i was like "crazy that Kevin sullivan get away with everything" and he shook my hand and said I was right.

>remembered as a vanilla midget

He was literally always over
He's the only guy in history to ever actually be over with a "intense wrestler guy who just wrestles" gimmick because he had a ton of physical charisma, intensity and presence, and because everything he did in the ring made sense, was snug and looked impactful.
The Benoit murders killed wrestling as well because they made everyone too much of a virtue signalling prick to be willing to admit he was the best in ring of all time, so avoided his matches and took inspiration from his actual vanilla midget buddy Dean Malenko. Who was like if Benoit had absolutely no presence, emotion or intensity and just cycled through routines blankly. Proto ZSJ.
Benoit couldn't cut a scripted promo and wasn't much better at an unscripted promo. But he was believable as a tightly wound rabid animal who wants to fight and can hurt people, to the point he was more believable than a lot of guys twice his size. A casual would rather fight 99% of the generic 90s hosses in a shoot than Benoit because he seemed like he could kill someone.
Also he probably didn't do it.

But he deserves it
