AEW's schedule doesn't really work like that. They don't have several big shows they peak to throughout the year, they have the big one, All In and besides that, all of the other PPVs are pretty much at the same level and if one is bigger than the other, it's just because a particular story or match that's bigger than usual wound up on that show.
