That flips the usual saying on its head in a pretty effective way.

“Wrestling is real” can mean the pain, athleticism, politics, egos, injuries, and emotional investment are genuine — even if the outcomes are scripted.
“Real life is fake” points at how much of everyday life is performance too: jobs, social roles, branding, social media personas, forced professionalism, people cutting promos in meetings without calling them promos.

In that framing, pro wrestling becomes oddly honest. It openly admits:

there are characters,
there are storylines,
alliances change,
heroes turn heel,
and the audience is part of the show.

Meanwhile “real life” often pretends none of that is happening.

It reads like a joke, but there’s an actual philosophy underneath it.
