IIRC this angle was dropped, which I figured was appeasement to the Hurt Business, more shit happened, MVP and Bobby went off TV, Shelton was still around, Bobby came back, then MVP did, so everything got patched up, I guess. The MJF angle being cancelled was either because the Hurt Business didn't like it and Tony was trying to make them happy, or just as a casualty of the backstage shit. I'm honestly surprised they did this so soon after coming off MJF and Adam Cole.
