He has the roughest in-ring overall but he also presents a different look and wrestles a different style. Match-ups against Boltin are different, the way match-ups against someone like Ishii were different. Certain guys have a style that changes the sort of match they're in and Boltin is one of few guys in NJPW who really work a power style.
Honestly I think Oiwa should work more of a power style, or should at least add in some big power type moves like Kobashi in with his mat technique. If he did that, he'd be far and away my number 1.
