By land your forces scout to the north after a few days they spot the tribe of black masks they have built many totems representing different animals. They take a prisoner they captured and stab them in the heart and push them into a large bonfire blackish red erupts from the fire into an owl you can't hear what they say.

A party also scouted from the sea but where attack by a swordfish. En garde it says catching your men off guard its blue sword blending in with the sky it slaughters a whole war canoe full of men. The rest of the men retreat. -10 Warriors

Walls are built a semi-circle around the village it goes into the ocean allowing only entry by boat or swimming. It's about 20 feet tall.

Armor is weaved giving your warriors more protection on the chest and forearms the shoulder to the arm is hard to armor as it makes your men less agile.

You drill the warriors and brainstorm ways to counter the fish a solider has an idea to mimic the fierce weapon of the swordfish. Splitting a branch in two and making a place to hold obsidian edge. Weaving the branch back together leaving sharp black blades sticking out all around the weapon besides the handle.

A group of fishers begin having relations with mermaids gifting them fish and seashells as gift. Mermaids sing songs that make males fall in love.
