as we're discussing and I bought Fire Emblem 3 House and nowhere close to start writing the update, I'd add a few thing.
- Each keyword spent in the Spiritual Art improves its use for breakthrough anyway to reward investment in it (require either actions or Breakthrough choice as well as making thematic sense)
- Storm got a bonus-mystery-box because it's the most "Firepower" keyword you've got Tied with another one, but that would enter the realm of story spoilers and QW seems not having understood that and his understanding/exposure to said other keyword is too low
- There's another Keyword that is very suited in my opinion. So suited it would have its own unique benefit that's better than "Number goes brrrr" - while also making sense in the technique.
- Please bear in mind that Storm include Wind, Lightning and Elemental (elements made tangible, an Elemental Strombolt for example could be turned into a sword blade by a smith)
- Following your discussion, I have absolutely no clue on how to add a Wolf into a Phoenix-centric art.

Wei Ball got ingots of Stormiron Steel, Growth, Thunder. Crafting will give one of it Shield, the second Axe.
The goal is to build the keywords of the upcoming items :
to Add a keyword, you have to supply a material that have in common one keyword with the Base Keywords. For example, the Branch of Wandering World Tree can provide one of its keywords as it shares the Growth Keyword with the fabric.
One of the keyword of ingredients doesn't fit your needs? You can bridge it. Let's say you want to add the Dagger keyword from Vegetal Cristal Dagger.

"Defiant plague herald" which is kinda like poisoner's self trial, But instead of ingesting poison to neutralise it the style is based around gathering it in specific places, speeding up its effects and either deadening those areas or making them explode outwards as a defensive measure.

Full disclosure, this is based off the forest spirit from Princess mononoke. Better ideas welcome.
My only other idea is a Spear skill with Deer and time.
Or Deer and Wolf, with the interplay between a pack trying to take down a defending Deer, grouping methods by attack [wolf] and defencive methods [deer]. Possibly decent in teamwork for attack?
