Another set of tyrns passes and begins again, bringing with it a new set of challenges. The threat of lunar invasion has passed, and with it a new era of peace begins. Of course such things rarely last. Already the nations of the world dabble in tremendous powers that could alter the world. Stolen lunar technologies, tremendous machines worked powered by magic, the holy light of gods and puppets stitched together from broken spirits. The world lurches toward great change, ready or not.

This a Multiplayer Nation Roleplay! Unfortunately we are full up on players at the moment with no openings expected. Apologies to anyone who wanted to join!

> Global
Across the land all breathe a sigh of relief as the great silver fortresses of the Lunites march into the ocean, never to be seen again. Even those few who can follow them find no trace a tyrn later.

> Turbans
Glorious victory at last! Though the battle rages day and night Turban ingenuity has won the day, developing horrific poisons that leave the invaders trembling and flailing while strikes against key locations of their silver fortress has sent it into retreat toward the ocean! Despite the usage of terrible weapons of magical fog the invaders have been driven back! At the height of the battle a great charge of biotitans slam into the fortress and hurl it into the sea! Glory to the Turquoise Turbans! Nothing remains of the invaders save their memory.

> Vencia
The great cataloging of Taxmoss is an exciting time for the explorers of Vencia as they cross the foreign jungles on the far side of the Tarn. It is of course also a somewhat terrifying time of course, because such activities inevitably lead into the territories of the Red Wall, a fearsome skrit war thing that is decidedly less friendly than the usual Skrit, it seems quite determined to devour everything in reach in fact.
A nutty new gourd is discovered in the jungles, one that curiously grows more like an onion than a normal squash, with most of the plant firmly underground. Getting them pulled free is quite the hassle, fortunately normal Skrit drones are usually handy to help dig them out. When the ants get into the leftover squash left as payment they change color to a curious metallic brown, at least when not near a venk. Is this some sort of magical thing?

> Orcmanie
The frost chimera is an old ally of the Orcman, but not one that has seen much in the way of development over the years. Still as the empire grows larger there is a call for every sword of Orcmanie to be sharpened, and the chimera is no different. A proper training program is developed of raising the beasts from a young age, hammering out the worst of their violent tendencies before they're handed off to those brave enough to mount the creatures for further bonding and training.
By aid of Orcmanie treasures the Blossoming Dawn grows ever more beautiful, with finery and beauty being added at every turn, the great temple city steadily growing in size and wonder. That it stands on the site of the bloodiest battle in history is a grim reminder of the price paid for this beautiful location.
Eleanor the cat, local entrepreneur, seems to have acquired some foreign help from Loluna, though she seems to be enjoying running them ragged for her amusement, sending them on pointless and sometimes paradoxical errands. Something is afoot, but it doesn't seem to directly effect Orcmanie.

> Barza
The position of the Barzan hound in the war doctrine is largely that of a defender and distraction, being large and stubborn dogs trained to grapple onto targets with their mouths and drag them to the ground, protecting spellcasters while they work to shape the battlefield. Despite their large size and commanding bark however the dogs are actually quite friendly and loyal; to Barzan citizens anyway.
The map leads to a tunnel, the key opens a door. There is a complex runic device here that in turn controls another great door, and beyond is an ancient city of the dwarves, grand and beautiful, and quite empty, save for the strumming of a lute that fills the air, though none can quite place where it comes from, and the dwarven guides accompanying Justinian insist it is not typical. All through the city are signs of hasty departure of things wicked and foul, trails of black slime and skittering legs just out of sight. Here the map leads to a beautiful temple dedicated to the moon goddess herself, a temple that appears on no map of the dwarven city. The Cloak of the Moon is at last secured in its spot, four stone wedges sliding firmly into place moments after the artifact has been secured. It is done.

> Ordalan
The blossoming dawn temple city rises up, a grand thing of beauty built by the efforts of many nations. No expense is spared as money pours in from abroad, establishing a grand unified pantheon worshipped across the western half of Pavilion. At its center is the island garden of hope where keen eyed archers keep watch over the crystal spire that marks the sealing of the world against the Nachetar Threat.
Though there is little in Khurnaire that can stop the Baron and a small band from darting across the border, there’s no denying that he also has no idea where he’s going. Somewhat awkwardly he ends up having to ask for directions at Kharkashuin. (Perhaps an RP with Khurnaire is in order?)
A dark twisting current of discourse begins to flow through the country. Why is the Anelk slavery of Guliseare permitted to exist? There begins to rise a steady stream of calls, primarily from free Anelk, that the time has come to pressure Guliseare into freeing the remainder of their kin from slavery.

> Habitun
Reports and messengers slowly filter back home, a number of revisions and improvements are made to the Habitun Navy, each one a minor thing, but together amounting to a noticeable change in the quality of the ships.
The seeding of the mollusc hive is a frustrating experience unfortunately. Limited shadow ant coverage, roaming krawl forces, and a simple lack of decent terrain that isn’t covered wall to ceiling in krawl forms makes finding a suitable location difficult, but a location is finally found, albeit one that the huntsman grumble even a child could discover with some effort. Perhaps there will be time next tyrn to patch the problem? Still, the nest of squirming monsters takes root and begins multiplying.

> Skrit
Biomass in, ant soldiers out. It’s a simple formula, but it can be optimized further. Dedicated chambers for growing each of the organs and limbs are created, alongside mass training chambers. These great pools are filled with a soup of neural fibers and nascent brains, with a single mass at the center that must be replaced regularly, as it bears the brunt of the neural transfers from Central. The combined effect of this ant factory though is the ability to literally assemble new soldiers at a tremendous rate.

> Vizari
To be beyond human is the desire of the Ascendant, to rise above the frailty of the body to something greater. More refined mana stones are designed, these ones embedded into the muscles of the body itself to regulate fatigue and heal the wear and tear of the day that plagues lesser people. Totally driving off sleep still remains elusive however, while the body is filled with energy the mind itself struggles to keep up, ascendant wizards settle on a pattern of meditations that helps to clear the mind of fog, pushing off sleep for a few days, but sadly still requiring a few hours every few days. Still it is a remarkable improvement.

> Urotti
There is certainly a concerning quality to the Mine of Eris. Three dwarves have gone missing for weeks, only to reappear with gaps in their memories. Heaps of cursed jewelry are sometimes moved with poles only to reveal swarms of fat black spiders underneath that skitter away, vanishing when the eye loses them. Twice now seven dwarves have gone into the mines, and thirteen returned, with none able to say who the extras were. Initially the concern was that the jewelry itself was responsible for the strange effects, it is cursed after all, but experiments show that any ‘made’ thing seems to have the foul air about it, alloys, pipes, gears, or even cut gems. Furthermore the effect seems stronger the deeper one goes in the mine. For the time runic disruption plates are fastened across the supports of the mine, which seems to have lessened the effects, but there is grave concern that this may anger whatever force lay beyond this effect.
The great dragon heart is a marvelous thing, a dozen sizable dragon fruits joined together into a single assemblage able to command a tremendous amount of power, if only a vessel able to hold such power could be found. Some effort will be required to develop finer and sturdier alloys, some new material will need to be dug from the earth.
Many notes are taken on the nature of the Moon’s Cloak, though they will take considerable time to decipher. Perhaps on the 39th tyrn?

> Krovian
Igolka, city of the moon, distant member of the Krovian nation, sets about building itself a fine temple. A fine temple requires metal however, and so prospectors set out across the desert seeking some. A field of craggy lead boulders of lead is discovered and soon smelted and forged to the task of creating the finery appropriate to a proper temple of the pulse. And as a bonus the metal is soft and easy to work, and repair when inevitably a brawl breaks out and damages everything. The Igolka temple is built directly into the ocean itself, clever mechanisms are powered by the tides themselves, raising up great cleavers to drop dramatically onto waiting sacrifices, who then stain the ocean red in response.

>Guliseare
A distant settlement springs up the mountaintop island far to the south, far from the capital. Here herds of goats are tended and a curious silkworm is tended. The Silk Mimic is a strange larva indeed, for they gather in great numbers, working together to weave large sheets of silk embedded with hundreds of their cocoons. These sheets are draped over branches and colored in such a way that they form ominous silhouettes with looming eyes and hunched figures waiting in the trees. Of course once the illusion is known the sheets can be harvested, the bugs removed, and the silk woven and dyed into fine fabrics.

> Krawl
Yet another great hive of Krawl is spun into existence, this one along the sides of the great crater that was once a Vizari city long ago. While there is no denying the need for more soldiers in the ongoing war, the city represents a heavy burden on its companions however, pulling away food supplies from other hives to support its own growth, leaving them less effective as a result. The Krawl have a great need to establish more fungal farms if they are to support such numbers.
The Krawl begin to experiment with anchoring their spatial magic to physical objects, allowing them to create small pockets of sub reality where items can be stored and managed. While each one is fairly small, a cart’s worth of goods in a barrel sized pillar of carved and enchanted stone, there’s no denying the usefulness of being able to transport large numbers of items in a small space.

> Loluna
Lunar technology! Though the empress refuses to allow the scientists of Loluna to work directly with the sample taken from the moon, citing some silly concern over all of Pavillion descending into technomagical disaster, she has allowed the creation of a sizable laboratory and the beginning of the Lunar Walker project, an attempt at recreating the great walkers used by the Lunites themselves. The laboratory itself is a straightforward enough thing, more research institute and pile of funding than anything else at the moment, but the walker legs quickly provide a challenge. Building them sturdy enough to hold their weight requires a tremendous amount of power, more than can be found in Loluna. Building them light enough to move causes them to crumple under their own weight. One of these problems needs to be resolved, likely through the discovery of some new metal or precious resource.
The mechanism for movement is also quite puzzling.

>Khurnaire
Take a body and a soul. Chop chop chop.
Stick them together. Speak in their voice.
Take a body and a soul. Chop chop chop.
Stick them together. Speak in their voice.
Chop and Speak and Chop and Speak. Even when they scream they still speak. Isn’t it wonderful how you keep on speaking and thinking even through the screaming? Isn’t that great? Oh dear, you seem to be dying.
Take a body and a soul. Chop chop chop.
One of them survives, eventually? To make a ragged thing, a patchwork of spirits and flesh who only has the voice given to it. It’s a ragged little thing, eager to please with the voice that doesn’t belong to it. Who could have a thought to rebel when someone else has their thoughts for them? But it’s just a ragged little thing, a patchwork doll. But it’s a start.

> Skrit-Krovian-Krawl Shaman Core Shennigans
A war is being waged at the red wall, of primal instincts and ancient powers, of the will of shaman and the will of insects clashing against each, both trying to establish control over each other well enough to seize the advantage. Today though it is a stalemate, with neither able to strike a decisive blow against the other, the remaining cores of the wall remain hidden away beneath endless red ants.

> Krovian-Habitun Naval Fight
A disastrous battle at sea occurs for the Igolka navy! The elves have been content to sit offshore and bombard the town with their crystal ballista, raining razor sharp shrapnel onto the town, but causing little true damage besides terrorizing the people of the city. But in their haste the navy of Igolka took the bombardment for something more serious than harassment and charged in directly through it. The crystalline rounds proved quite deadly, shredding sails, cutting down krovian sailors, and leaving the ships as easy prey when a massive fish monster appeared in the water and went on the attack. With ships taking on water, sales shredded, and an entire elven army preparing to board them the sailors abandon ship, swimming for Igolka in a panic as frog-folk and the sea monster stalk them from the deep.

> Addendum
The navy out of the way, the habitun elves strike at the port itself, clashing with the novice Igolka army. The hardened elves, many long lived veterans of wars fought before the krovians were born, systematically push out the younger, less well equipped army before setting the port ablaze and returning to the sea.
